- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Theses people are terrible never awenser when they do you get someone you can't even understand the lady just sent me to her supervisor who never even awenser the phone and when I called back to try again they hung up on me just awful I'm from Oklahoma and I've never had this much trouble and had to deal with awful people until I moved to Illinois!!!By Brittney Somers, July 16, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful!! No one answers the phone and when they do they say something you can't even understand and then hang up on you, after I let the phone ring for over 15 minutes! I sent all necessary documents before the deadline but yet they "Never received it". Sad to say I have had better experiences with cook counties office.By Marisa Gurrola, January 11, 2017
